Abstract
The purposes of this study were to develop and investigate the reliability and validity of the ``Cognitive Aging Scale``. Afterward, data set has been split in two different sections and conducted a cross-validation analysis, EFA, and CFA, to identify reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and finalized my research for developing a measure for cognitive aging based on 21 questions on six different levels. Throughout this process, I have found that depending on the age distribution, cognitive gaining process were similar throughout each age group, and cognitive aging seemed to affect problem recognition positively, which confirmed construct validity and predictive validity for my research. Additionally, there search confirmed that the total explanation on power of aging problem recognition was about 2.4 times to 5.8 times higher than that of just age. In conclusion, the ``Cognitive Aging Scale`` can be used as a scale for the measurement of needs of welfare as well as the field of product and service development including the Marketing.
